The refund is initiated immediately and can be received to your original payment method within 3-5 working days depending on the payment processor. The refund can only be done to the original payment method.
Customers can cancel their subscriptions anytime. The plan will be active until the end of the billing cycle. You can download the required data before the billing cycle ends. If you need your data post the cancelation, you can reach out to customer support within 30 days of the service termination.
